I carried this book throughout my 9-day journey in Germany, continually fascinated and intrigued by the information within. Due to a terrifically busy schedule I rarely read an entire book, but this one is packed with the most interesting and comprehensive stories, tips, and much more. It has made me focus more fully on the mind-body connection, and given me a much stronger basis for understanding. In my work as an advocate for people with cancer, this is going to be extremely useful.
